1. Why do you want to sell?  The first question askyourself before selling your home is, of course… why do you want to sell? 2. If you’re selling your home, when is the best time to do it?  Like many sellers, you may think the answer to this question is “right now!”While we understand the time pressures you may be under, it’s worth knowing that the market is in a constant state of flux, and there may be more optimal times to sell your home depending on your area and the state of the market. 3. Is the market healthy enough for you to sell?  Before deciding to sell your home, you will naturally have several questions. One of the biggest ones is whether or not the market is at a healthy place, and whether selling now would turn a profit or result in loss.
